For any return request, you have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. Before returning items, please ensure that they are in the same condition as when they were delivered to you, with their tags and stickers attached, otherwise we will not accept the returned merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse any item/product returned late or altered in any way.
